Production

Only high quality ingredients are used to prepare the cookie dough for all our special recipes. A great deal of skill and care are put into each creation, to produce our gourmet  organic spelt cookies, the kind only professionally trained confection bakers can achieve.   The baking process turns this craftmanship into warm, fine smelling, appetizing cookies fresh from the oven. After the cooling down process, the finishing touches are made. Using creamy chocolate, fruity marmelade or sugar glaze these cookies are deliciously hand decorated to delightful perfection.
